The Barbarian balances damage and durability through aggression, rage, and self-sustain.

Where the Warrior relies on disciplined defense, the Barbarian becomes harder to stop by continuing to attack. Bleeding effects, resistance, regeneration, and powerful area attacks allow the class to remain in chaotic fights for extended periods.

The Barbarian is effective against groups but must accept greater risk than a traditional tank.

Combat Style

The Barbarian is built for players who want to fight aggressively at the front of every battle. Heavy axe strikes, bleeding attacks, and abilities that drag enemies into close range allow the class to keep constant pressure on its targets. Barbarians can recover health through combat and become increasingly dangerous as a fight continues, but many of their abilities come with an element of risk, rewarding players who know when to push their advantage.

Abilities

Bloodlust - Passive

Striking an enemy has a chance to restore some of the Barbarian’s health.

Continuous aggression can therefore improve survivability during longer encounters.

Rageblade - Basic Attack

Strike an enemy with the Barbarian’s axe.

Each attack has a chance to cause bleeding.

Primal Axe

Throw an axe forward, damaging enemies along its path.

The axe becomes lodged when it strikes solid terrain. Recovering it immediately restores the ability, rewarding players who remain active and retrieve their weapon.

War Cry

Release a powerful battle cry.

The Barbarian gains increased strength and resistance while nearby enemies are taunted and drawn inward.

Relentless Leap

Leap forward and smash the ground with your axe.

The impact creates a rupturing cone that pulls nearby enemies toward the affected area.

Double Edge

Release two broad axe strikes that damage and bleed enemies.

The strength of the technique also harms the Barbarian, making it a dangerous ability when used at low health.

Eternal Fury - Ultimate

Unleash the Barbarian’s full rage and overwhelm anything in your path. While Eternal Fury is active, the Barbarian becomes tougher and faster, steadily regenerates health, and empowers Rageblade with greater reach and strength. Rageblade also gains a much higher chance to leave enemies bleeding, turning the Barbarian into an even greater threat during prolonged fights.

Party Role

In group content, Barbarians thrive near the frontline, where they can pull enemies into coordinated attacks and keep pressure on tougher targets with bleeding effects. Their self-healing helps them stay in the fight without demanding constant attention from supports, though abilities such as Double Edge reward careful health management. Eternal Fury is best saved for the most intense moments of an encounter, when its added survivability and damage can have the greatest impact.

A Barbarian can either fight alongside a dedicated tank or take on the role of a durable frontline damage dealer.
